BLE Spam more settings and features

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is not for fixing a problem, but for making the BLE feature better. For example, can we make custom config e.g. only for Samsung and Android (not bt spam all, exclude swiftpair and sour apple for example) and I'd like to see ability to modify image and name of Fast Pair spam device.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding ability to set path to image in FastPair, add a list pf Apple devices and make Swiftpair use something like SSID list.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I didn't find any alternatives to that feature in marauder.

Additional context
We can make it another command in term or make arguments to existing commands.
